My Story

Beginning

My story begins with where I was born, to how I was raised, to what I have learned, achieved, and experienced in my life so far. I was born in Mesa, Arizona and lived there for the first 3 years of my life. Right before I turned 4, my family moved to Anchorage, Alaska.

Spiritual Life

Once I got to Alaska, our family immediately was involved in the church with my dad being a pastor and our family helping him every Saturday night get ready for Sunday morning. As I got older, I started helping out in nursery and kids ministry. I finally made my faith my own at age 12 in my bedroom after a heavy sermon in youth group. Ever since that moment, I have committed my life to living for Jesus Christ and making more disciples for Him (Matthew 28:19-20).

Running

I started running when I was 6 years old. I started in a running club, enjoyed running and just stuck to it. I ran all through middle school and high school and contributed to a state title for Mountain City Christian Academy in track and field. I now compete at King University in both XC and Track.
